$73K/yr $972K/yr
annualized revenue in 6 months, at 4.94x ROASHow Red Rebel Armour went from $6.1K to $81K a month with ROAS at 4.94x.
A streetwear brand at $6.1K a month grew to $81K a month, roughly 13 times its starting revenue, and did it without trading return for volume. Average order value rose 22% across the same run and ROAS came in at 4.94x. Part of the selling moved off email and onto ManyChat, where a 10% discount bought the opt-in and the brand then sold to that list by broadcast.
Challenge
Red Rebel Armour was doing $6.1K a month.
Solution
Move the selling into messenger.
The most concrete piece of work is a ManyChat program that ran almost in place of email marketing. Someone signed up, and the brand then sold to them through the messenger list rather than through an inbox. Broadcast messages went out the way an email campaign would.
The opt-in was bought the same way an email opt-in is bought. A 10% discount in exchange for the signup, mirroring the standard email capture offer rather than replacing it with something exotic.
Point the paid budget at the opt-in.
Ads ran specifically to push people into ManyChat rather than straight at a product page, and the selling happened after the opt-in rather than in the ad. That is a different unit economic from a cold first-purchase campaign, because the ad only has to buy a subscriber and the list carries the rest.
Results
Monthly revenue went from $6.1K to $81K, about 13 times the starting number. The 13x is arithmetic on those two figures rather than a separately measured metric.
Average order value rose 22%, so a larger share of the revenue came from each order rather than purely from more orders.
The three together are the actual claim: revenue up roughly 13x, return near 5x, a bigger basket.
