~$340K $1.15M
monthly sales in a Q4 sprintHow Lone Peak Overland went from about $340K a month to $1.15M a month in a three-month Q4 sprint.
Lone Peak Overland makes truck campers to order in the US and sells them direct. It brought us in at the start of Q4 2025, with Google as its main ad channel and Google no longer working. We restructured the Google account it already had, found its reporting tool was showing about half the sales its store did, and launched Meta, a channel the owner had ruled out, including a campaign whose sign-ups went to the owner’s own sales team to phone. Over those three months, monthly sales went from about $340K in September to $1.15M in December, with $185,000 in sales on a single day.
Challenge
Lone Peak Overland makes truck campers to order in the US, a big purchase sold direct. In September 2025 the store sold about $340K.
Google had been its main ad channel, and Google had stopped working. Brian, who led the account for us: “they were always Google predominantly, Google crashed.” Meta had never been run, and the owner had ruled it out.
His reporting did not match his store. On 16 October 2025 Triple Whale, the tool he used, showed about half the sales Shopify did.
Solution
Restructure Google.
In the Google account he already had, we restructured the old campaigns we kept, changed keywords and budgets, and paused some things. Brian’s plan from the start: “let’s cut back first and fix your campaigns from the ground up.”
Find the gap in the numbers.
In week two Simon found the gap between Triple Whale and Shopify, and set the rule for scaling by the owner’s own net margin, not by an ad-platform target.
Launch Meta.
Meta ran campaigns to collect leads, to find new buyers across the US, and to bring back people who had visited the site or added something to their cart.
Collect leads, and keep what works.
A Meta campaign sending people to a sign-up page the owner built brought in about 70 leads within days, with the owner’s own team phoning them. A test aimed only at buyers within driving distance of the pickup site did nothing; the campaign aimed at the whole of the US did better.
Results
Monthly sales from about $340K in September 2025 to $1.15M in December 2025, more than three times higher.
October, our first month, finished 65% above September.
$185,000 in sales in a single day, 31 December 2025.
Google restructured and Meta running for the first time, with the owner’s team phoning the leads it brought in.
